A beautiful complexion in summer is essential ... we wear less makeup, especially when it is hot. So we lighten the complexion a bit but we must not forget the hydration.
To start, I have a great serum to present to you. The Hydrating Serum anti-aging face and eyes Korres Magnolia.

The active ingredients are:
  • Magnolia bark : rich in antioxidants to fight against skin aging.
  • Three types of hyaluronic acid  (low, medium, high molecular weight) to act in depth by plumping the skin from the inside and on the surface thanks to an immediate smoothing and plumping effect.
  • Black oats : hydrates, nourishes and soothes the skin.
  • Vitamin C : provides antioxidant action. Brightens the complexion.
  • Mourera Fluviatis  (aquatic plant, native to the Amazon): maintains the optimal level of hydration of the skin
It does not contain parabens, mineral oil, silicone, or propylene glycol.

In practice, it is only good. First of all, let's talk about the packaging, the glass bottle is sober and chic, the pump format allows the right dose of product to be delivered (I prefer this system thousand times over the pipette system often delivered with serums).
It can be used all over the face as well as around the eyes (avoiding the upper eyelid).
The texture is great, and very easily absorbed by the skin. We feel the skin immediately hydrated, comfortable, not sticky. The texture is also perfectly adapted to the eye area.
I am very excited by this product, we really feel a smoothing of dehydration wrinkles and I strongly believe in its preventive power (long live hyaluronic acid!).

Once you have a good base, you can make up the complexion. This is where I go to CC Cream, the brand's latest innovation. I must admit that I have a passion for Korres complexion products, I saw my favorite watermelon cream disappear with great sadness,  which I found brilliant.
So I expected a lot from this novelty!
You will ask me, why choose a CC Cream? Well, it's simple, it combines skincare, correction, and sun protection. It's pretty perfect for summer in particular!
It is available in 2 shades: clear and medium. I hesitated between the 2 and I finally opted for the medium since I was spending holidays directly in Portugal and I knew that I was going to take on a few colors. I did well! If you have a bit of my skin tone then I recommend: the clear in winter and the medium in summer.
Let's go to the formulation. Wild Rose oil extract (a favorite ingredient of the brand) brings radiance to the skin thanks to its vitamin C. The cream contains natural pigments extracted from light-reflecting pearls… you will understand that it brings a complexion immediately brighter.
Note that it does not contain parabens, mineral oil, or ethanolamine.
On the skin, it is the revelation. The cream melts perfectly, brings luminosity but also dullness (if like me your T zone tends to shine especially when it is hot, it is perfect). We do not feel the muffled skin at all (how unpleasant in summer foundations!), It is the perfect alternative when you have some redness and imperfections to reduce but you do not want overload the skin. And here is the result, a before / after on my redness of the cheeks:
